After years of teaching in four different countries, guiding both intimate one-on-one sessions and large group classes, I began to listen more closely to something deeper: my own heart.

Apparatus Classes
Max. 3 people per class — highly personalized training.
Train in a fully equipped Pilates studio with focused, hands-on guidance throughout the entire session.
With only 3 people per class, you’ll receive constant support to improve posture, build strength and move with precision — at your own pace, even if you’re new to Pilates.

Mat Classes
Max. 6 people per class — focused guidance in every session.
Our Mat classes bring you back to the essence of Pilates — no springs, no shortcuts.
Just you, your breath, and control.
In small groups of up to 6, you’ll build strength, improve posture and develop body awareness in a focused yet welcoming environment.

Private Sessions
One-to-one training — fully tailored to your body and your goals.
A space designed entirely for you.
In these one-on-one sessions, every movement is selected with care — whether you’re recovering from injury, working with a specific need, or looking to deepen your practice with precision and intention.
Move at your own pace, with full attention, expert guidance, and a program adapted to your body.
Recommended for specific goals or individual support.
Semi-Private Sessions
Two people, one instructor — personalized training, shared experience
Train alongside a partner while still receiving individual guidance tailored to your needs and goals.
Ideal for friends, partners, or anyone who enjoys a shared experience — without losing the structure and attention of a personalized session.
Move together, stay motivated, and grow your practice side by side.

Hi, I’m Elize – the founder and your teacher of movement
I’m a Brazilian dreamer, lucky to be married to my greatest companion and supporter.
In 2016, we set off on a new adventure—leaving our lives in Brazil to explore the world with open hearts. After living in different countries, we found a place that truly felt like home: Luxembourg.
That’s where we chose to stay and build our life together.
